Montblanc 32 Piston Filling Fountain Pen
Our worldwide search for vintage and classic writing instruments requiring restoration, occasionally reveals an unused pen which has been languishing, unnoticed in the deep recesses of a storage cupboard. Such was this Montblanc 32 fountain pen, made in Germany between 1961 and 1966. The pen barrel still has it's original price and nib tags, which, like the pen are in pristine condition.
This gloss black Montblanc 32 is a piston filler, a translucent blue ink view window allows user to see exactly how much ink remains in pen.
Slender lightweight design with screw cap. The cap has gold plated pocket clip and centre band which is inscribed
'MONTBLANC 32' and is topped with the famous 'Snowcap' emblem, this is also present on the rear of barrel.
Probably one of best features on this pen is the nib. In German it is known as a 'Intarsia Feder', which roughly translated means a spring nib. Solid 14ct gold, stamped
'585 - MONTBLANC - 32' Broad tip and high flex makes this pen a wonderful instrument for bold cursive writing.
